Calfee property - real and personal. To Robert F. Dyer and wife Mary Jane and their heirs property at death of Francis M. To Dau. Elizabeth Smith and husband D.S. Smith, and her heirs 1/4 of estate at death of Francis M. To son Welcome H. Calfee 1/4/ of estae after death of Francis M. Calfee. To son James B. Calfee share already advanced. Robert F. Dyer and family to remain on my farm with my wife. Exec. J.C. Montgomery. Wits. M.C. Duncan, B.B. Hunt, Executed March 20, 1880. Probated Feb. 15, 1881 The summary does not state that Mary Jane is a daughter, but they did inherit the land looks like.
