    3. I'll repeat, the rootsweb query board is not closing! It's our older query system with surname helper we are doing away with. Rootsweb will be here! If you'll go to our Query link from our Monroe Co. Tn genweb page, you'll go to the query page and see the old archived files listed. These are what I'll be deleting soon. It'll just be the Rootsweb query board we'll use from now on. Joy Joy Locke [email protected] Monroe Co. Tn. 3. I've just sent e-mails to the people on our newest archived queries, not the ones on rootsweb. I'll not send to the other archive files as the one I just did went back to June of 2002. You can still do a search of our older queries to find if you have any to resubmit to rootsweb board. Please do so soon. Thanks, Joy Joy Locke [email protected] Monroe Co. Tn. 3. As you should know by now, I've changed to the rootsweb query system, it has been up and running for awhile now. However our older queries are still listed on our Query page as archived queries. We have been informed that the Surname helper which we used for searching these older queries will be removed soon. I'll try and e-mail those I can who have queries up, but if you know you have a query in the "old" queries, not rootsweb, please resubmit your queries to the rootsweb board, as we plan to remove these files when they're no longer searchable. 1. [TNMONROE-L] who are you researching?
    2. Joyce G. Reece
    3. Sharon McCormack, Kaye Buckner Presley and I have good news for McMinn County & area researchers. We have taken the responsibility and enjoyment of building and maintaining the American Local History Network web site. No information has been posted on the web as of yet but it will be fairly soon. On this web site we would like a surname page. SO, if you have a list of surnames that you have information on and would be willing to share with other researchers please send us your list of names, your name and your email address or web site address (or both). We'd also like to have people who would like their homepages listed to send us these addresses also along with a list of surnames it pertains to. If you have articles or information you would like posted or linked to from the site please contact us and we will give everything thorough consideration. We are open to ideas so send those too. We plan on making this one of the best sites on the internet and we need your help. Joyce Gaston Reece
