Over the past year or so I have see several inquiries concerning L & N Railroad Employees. Yesterday I learned that there was a publication called "The Louisville & Nashville Employees Magazine". I saw only one volumn and it was huge. It comprised the newsletters and advertisments put into book form covering the time of March 1928 until Feb 1929. It had hundreds and hundreds of pages, no indexes, table of contents or any printer/publisher information. It would be an awesome search but well worth the effort to surmount a brick wall...should you have one. I saw this one volume # IV is in Carneige Library in Etowah Tn. The Librarian is trying to learn if there if there are other volumes, where they might be and whatever other info she can gather. I will let you all know if I learn anything. I know nothing else concerning the book but just wanted to leat you all know that there was hope after all. Joyce G.
