    3. If he were born in Meigs before it was Meigs County it is possible for him to have lived on the Indian lands. If you will go to www.tngenweb.org/monroe and look for a link to Intruders on Cherokee lands, you may find hims listed there. I think there is also a web site with a record of Return J.
