Am searching for info on my gggfather. James Richard WILLIAMSON lived in or near Purdy, McNairy, TN when he joined the Confederate Army. Parents are Henry John (I think) WILLIAMSON and Clarissa BURCHFIEL(D). Married Frances GORDON of Arkansas and Laura (maiden name unknown). Lived in Arkansas and Oklahoma after the war.
