I am searching for info on these families. Claborn & Minerva Harris married in Rockingham Co, NC in 1835, Richard Browder was on the marriage bond..Richard also married a Harris. All moved to McNairy in the 1840's..Claborn had died before the 1850 census was done. The story goes that Minerva & children walked to MS during the Civil War. I can't find Minerva after that, the children except for one, are on the 1860 MS census. Does anyone know anything about these families?..Peggy
