My great grandparents were Robert H. Cagle and Milvinia Rickman. They married on 09/12/1880 in McNairy County. They had six children, three of which died very young. The three surviving sons were 1) Rufus Henry (my grandfather), 2) Luther Lacy and 3) John R. Rufus (my grandfather) married Violet Rennie Parham. Luther married Ida L. Landreth. John R. married Lizzie Perkins. Rufus and Luther stayed in the McNairy County area but John R. and Lizzie moved their family onto Texas possibly along with John's mother, Milvinia Rickman Cagle. I also beleive that Robert H. Cagle was married before to a Sarah Allison, both being from NC and had two children - 1) Allen born 1872 NC and 2) Lee Elbridge born 02/06/1880 in McNairy County. Sarah died shortly after giving birth to Lee and he was adopted. If anyone is researching any of the above names, please contact me. Robie
