Researching Wallace/Wallis lines in McNairy, Henderson and Chester Co areas. Anyone out there looking into these family lines? My Gr-Grandfather Andrew Jackson Wallace married Sarah/Sallie Messer in Lexington 1849 and was living with a Mackey family in 1850 census. He was listed as 19, but actually was 16..Looking for his parentage. My Grandfather Christopher Wallace was born in McNairy Co in Bethel Springs in 1872. Sarah Clampett was living with AJ. Wallace in the 1860 census - may be a clue. I believe he had a brother named Elias. This Sarah Clampett was living with Eli in 1850 census. Marlene Shake pachyderm@tri-lakes.net
