    3. How about for every blade of grass...about as practical. There should be some way it could be broken down to be of use...I think. Doing it by the state would be confusing....everyone moved around so much...at least my Smiths did and Jones....Someone else will have to do those lines...I like a challenge but I am not a masochist.
