thought someone might like this! SMITH, CAMPBELL, DEAN I am looking for any information on my gggrandparents John SMITH b. 11-16-1835 he married Harriet CAMPBELL b. 10-6-1846. They had at least one daughter Nancy SMITH b. 4-29-1874 in Savannah, Hardin County, Tenn. She married Robert Lee DEAN b. 10-27-1870. John SMITH is suppose to be full blooded Cherokee. The whole family sometime later picked up and moved to Poinsett County, Arkansas where they are buried. The few grandchildren living who I have touch with say no one ever talked about the past all we know is they came from Tenn. They always changed the subject.
