Thanks for your reply. I searched quite a while on the LDS website before I ever found anything that made reference to sealing. Since you are familiar with Mormon practices, do you think there is any chance at all that we could find out who was the proxy for my great grandparents? As I understand it, the proxy is supposed to be a descendant. While I don't want to intrude on anyone's religious beliefs, I would love to find this person and compare notes. Tracy -
