Appeared in the Independent Appeal Newspaper Wed., Dec. 1, 2004 LILLIE MAE PLUNK, 90, of Adamsville, TN died on Nov. 27, 2004 at Paine Meadows Nursing Home in Bolivar, TN. She was a Nurses' Aid. Ms. Plunk was preceded in death by her husband, Norvin Plunk. She also leaves behind one daughter, Lee Ciccarelli of Wheaton, IL and three sons, Clyde Edward Plunk of Conover, NC, Gerald Green Plunk of Lenoir, NC, and Ricky Lynn Plunk of Somerville, TN. There was a cremation. .............. COLEMAN SMITH, 92, of Adamsville, TN, died on Nov. 26, 2004 at his home. He was a Country Banker in Adamsville, a member of Adamsville First United Methodist Church, and veteran of World War II, serving in the Army Corp. of Engineers. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Smith, and a granddaughter, Lynn Smith. He also leaves behind two daughters, Barbara (Jerry) Hardin of Seymour. Sue Wood of Lexington; one son, Bob of Adamsville; one sister, Martha Hayes of Lexington; five grandchildren, B. K. Hardin, Cole (Janie), Jennifer, Paige, and Kyle Wood; five gr-grandchildren, Ashley, Austin, Laken, Lee, and Ivey. Funeral services were on Mon., Nov. 29th at 10 a.m. at Adamsville First United Methodist Church. Burial followed in the Adamsville Cemetery. The family requests memorials to be made to the Lynn Smith Scholarship Fund, the Lisa Ross Parker Foundation, or the United Way of West Tennessee, c/o Farmers & Merchants Bank, Adamsville. ................ ELIZABETH ROLLAND BRICKER, 81, of Selmer, TN died on Nov. 28, 2004 at Crestview Healthcare Center. She was a homemaker and a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde T. Bricker, one son, Rolland Clyde Bricker, her parents, Joe L. and Mattie A. Curtis Rolland, and her sister, Dorothy Wolfe. Ms. Bricker is survived by two daughter, Alma Jane Harrod of Hermitge, AR and Martha Shull of Brownsville, TN; two sons, Don Bricker of Adamsville, TN and James T. Bricker of Selmer, TN; three sisters, Ruth Floyd of Brownsville, TN, Roberta Henderson of Cherry Valley, AR, and Patsy Rowland of Conway, AR; two brothers, Leo Rolland and Thomas J. Rolland, both of Cherry Valley, AR; eleven grandchildren, and twenty gr-grandchilden. Graveside services for Ms. Bricker will be held at 11 a.m. on Wed., Dec. 1st at Bethesda Cemetery in Selmer.
