My ADALINE BROWN 's father was ANDREW BROWN .Her mother was Rhoda Swain . Rhoda's father was JOHN SWAIN I found Andrew Brown in Lawrence Co. , Tn. in 1820 . John Swain is there, also . 1830 both families are there in McNairy County , Tn. 1840 Andrew , John, & family are in the 1840 census in Tishomingo , TN. 1850 Census Andrew , Rhoda are probably dead . they are not there but the children are . John & Spouse are not there but a Swain family is living next door . My great grandfather & his sister Alminta moved to Texas . I think that your family maybe be a brother of Andrew or related .
