Mr. Willey had been living in the Chattanooga area for several years and was working as a Chemical Analyst for Arcade, Inc. He attended Covenant Church of God. Survivors include a son, Eric J. Willey of Hornsby; a daughter, Amber D. Willey of Selmer; his mother, Edna B. Willey of Hampton; one brother and three sisters. Trainum died Mar. 15, 2004 in Temple, TX at Scott and White Hospital, after a short illness. He was born Sept. 12, 1936 in Pocahontas, and was raised and education in Killeen. He was associated with Post Insurance in Killeen. He built the Star Motel in Killeen in the 1970's. In 1983, he built the Hallmark Motor Inn, and then went on to build six other hotels in the Central Texas area. Trainum was a past president of the Kiwanis and supported the Killeen Junior Livestock Show. Survivors include his wife, Katherine Orts Trainum of Killeen; three sons, Daivd Trainum and Shawn Trainum, both of Killeen, and Andrew Crane of Austin; three daughters, Rebecca Connell of Harker Heights, Patricia Reyna of Refugio and Deann Strauser of Belton; two brothers, Edward Trainum of Kerrville and Clifford Doles of Killeen; a sister, Janice Dickey of Ramer; and eleven grandchildren. They made their home in Clearview, TX from 1990 to 1996, and then moved to Eagleville in 1996 and to Unionville in 2000. She worked for the Bedford County Nursing Home for the past 3 months as a Certified Nurse Aide. She was a member of the NAGNADA Nursing Association.
