    3. Appeared in the Independent Appeal Newspaper Wed., March 1, 2000 PATRICIA FOOTE SWINNEY, 56, died Thurs., Feb. 24, 2000, in Biloxi. Mrs. Swinney had been a resident of the Coast for 21 years and was the owner and operator of Domestic Housekeeping Service in Biloxi for four years and was the manager of the Dining Hall at Keesler Air Force Base for several years. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Woolmarket. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Quixie Foote; a brother, Buddy Foote. Survivors include her husband, Charles Swinney of Biloxi; a daughter, Sherry Wilson of Saucier; a son, Jay Callis of Memphis; three sisters, Frances McCullar and Juanita Kennedy, both of Selmer, Tenn., and Barbara Jernigan of Meridianville, Ala; a brother, William E. Foote, Jr. of Selmer; and two grandsons. Visitation was held Fri. At the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O;'Keefe Funeral Home in Biloxi. A service will be at 2 p.m. today at St. Mary's Catholic Church where friends may call from 12:30- p.m. until service time. Burial will be in White Plains Methodist Church Cemetery.
