He worked at Kolpak for a number of years and had been self employed for the past 8 to 10 years in the trucking business. Graveside services took place at 11 a.m. on Thurs., Jan. 13, 2000, Wooddville Cemetery. Officiating the services was Minister Elder Elmer Weaver. She was married to Doyle Meadows Oct. 11, 1940. They made their home in Finger. Mrs. Meadows taught school in McNairy County. She had lived in Finger all her life. Mrs. Meadow died in 1996. Mrs. Meadows was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Finger where she was the pianist for the church for 69 years.
