She was born on June 30, 1907, in McNairy County to Ira and Mary Jane White Phelps. She was a homemaker and a member of Little Chapel Pentecostal Church. Services took place at 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 13, at Corinthian Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was held at Salem Christian Church Cemetery. Officiating the services was Minister bro Lee Willis.
