He was a retired Plant Manager at carrier Ready Mix and a Presbyterian. Services took place at 11 am on Mon., June 14, at Shackelford Chapel in Selmer. Burial was held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Selmer. He is survived by two daughters, Nancy Milligan of Matthews, NC, and Charlotte Harris of Memphis, four grand children, Mike Graham, Scott, Chris and Kevin Milligan, and five gr-grandchildren, Charlie, Anna, and John Graham, and Grady and Troy Milligan.
