Joseph was an employee of M & M Body Shop in Selmer. Mr. Mills is survived by his mother, Mrs. Marie Mills of Michie, his sister Mrs. Annette St. Clair of Memphis, one brother Mr. Lax Mills of Guys. He also has one daughter Mrs. Heather Mills Rast of Luka, MS. Funeral Services were held at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. on Tues. She was a member of the Clarks Creek Primitive Baptist Church, Chester County Senior Citizens and was employed by the Senior Citizens as well. Mrs. Davis is preceded in death by two step sons E. B. Davis and James Herman Davis, two sisters, Leora Lofton and Alna Smith, four brothers, Arlon Smith, Kirby Smith, Nathaniel Smith and Kent Smith. She is survived by a step daughter, Rachel B. Bostwick and husband Lewis of Aurora, CO, one step son, Roy G. Davis and wife Esther of Lexington. She had two sisters, Evie Patterson and Dona Webster both of Henderson, eight grandchildren, 14 gr-grandchildren, and 10 gr-gr-grandchildren. BROWDER, 82, of Selmer, died at her residence due to heart failure. She was a homemaker and a member of the Court Avenue Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Selmer. Mrs. Browder is preceded in death by her parents the late Claude and Audrey Richards Broadway. She is survived by her husband Wofford �Toots� Browder, and two brothers, Vernon Broadway and Robert Broadway of Selmer as well as many nieces and nephews. DUNAHUE, 49, of Michie, died Dec. 20, 2000, at Baptist Memorial Hospital East. He was a pastor for the Wheeler Grove Baptist Church for 28 years as well as being an electrician and a general handyman. Mr. Dunahue is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lynn Frayser Dunahue, three sons, Time Dunahue and wife Rhonda, Scott Dunahue and wife Jana, and Adam Dunahue and wife Jennifer all of Booneville, MS. He also leaves his father Gene Dunahue and wife Alberta of Etta, MS and his mother, Maureen Dye Dunahue, of New Albany, MS. He also has one brother James Dunahue and wife Patsy of Myrtle, MS. He leaves four grandchildren, Jennifer Dunahue, Tiffini Dunahue, Alexa Dunahue, and Erika Dunahue. Rev. Dunahue also leaves his mother-in-law Jewel Cranford of Memphis and brother-in-law Jerry Frayser and wife Carolyn as well as other relative and a host of friends Funeral Services were held Dec. 21, at 1 p.m. at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church with Dr. Kara Blackard and Rev. He was a former employee of Firestone for 8 years and owned and operated the 14141 Thomas Street Gulf Station from 1964-82. He also worked for Pickwick Dam Fab Care and Adamsville Sand and Gravel. He was a member of Michie First Baptist Church, and was a Worshipful Master of the Frayser Masonic Lodge #746. He was also a member of the Memphis Scottish Rite Consistory. Mr. Counce was an United States Air Force Veteran as well. Mr. Counce is preceded in death by a son, Johnny Counce. He is survived by his wife Marie, one daughter Loretta Lynn Counce of Millington, TN, two sons, Harold �Hal� Counce and Hank Counce both of Memphis, three grandchildren, two other daughters, Terri Colburn of Memphis, and Marsha Borin of Heber Springs, AR, two other sons, Ron McCracken and Mitch McCracken both of Memphis, eight other grandchildren and one gr-grandchild, two sisters, Margie Waddell of Cherokee, AL, and Peggy Burks of Michie, two brothers, Floyd Counce of Shiloh, and Jos Counce of Savannah.
