Is there anyone who can look up wills? I am looking for two one for William H. (Howard) Nethery, and the other for Sarah (Garrett) Nethery, William H. died in 1897 and Sarah in 1941. And also am looking for someone who can copy a marriage certificate for William H. & Sarah Garret married in 1868.
