Appeared in the Independent Appeal Newspaper Wed., June 22, 2005 KATHRYN MARIE DODD REIMCHE of Savannah, TN, 76, died Tues., May 3, 2005 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was born in Waterloo, Iowa, daughter of the late Donald Clyde and Lura Kathryn Hoover Dodd. Ms. Reimche worked as an LPN for 32 years and attended Victory Christian Fellowship Church in Savannah. Services were held Fri., May 6th in the Shackelford Chapel with Larry Rich officiating. Burial was in Milledgeville Cemetery. She is survived by two daughters, Stephanie Rosson of Morris Chapel, TN, and Carol Milson of Mentone, CA; one son, Paul Reimche of Moreno Valley, CA; three sisters, Darlene Duffield of Ventura, CA and Pauline Buckingham, and Ardeth White, both of Rialto, CA; ten grandchildren and seventeen gr-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Donald Ray Wells and one sister, Marvel Dodd. .................... MARY BAXTER was born on Wed., Jan. 7, 1925, to the late John Henry and Lula Robinson. She professed hope in Christ at an early age. After moving from Indianapolis she united with Wade Chapel M. B. Church in Ramer, TN. Mrs. Baxter completed the final chapter of her life on Tues., June 14, 2005. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Willie T.; two brothers, Matthew and Claude Robinson; and a sister, Nancy Harper. Mary leaves to cherish her memories a devoted nephew, Lancy (Betty) Robinson, J. B. Robinson; nieces, Daisy Brown, Peggy Stegal, Sara (Edward) Patton, Mittie Robinson, Shirley Warren, Earlene (James) Floyd and Queen (Rev. Danny) Walker; two special gr-nephews that she loved as her grandchildren, S.Sgt. Lancy (Regina) Robinson and Matthew (Juanita) Robinson; a step-daughter, Betty Copeland; and a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. ............... ALFORD KISER, 77, of Bethel Springs, TN, passed away on June 17, 2005, at his residence. He was a farmer, school bus driver, Brown Shoe Company employee, Sawmill employee, McNairy County employee, VFW member, U. S. Army veteran, and a member of Selmer First Baptist Church. Mr. Kiser was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Dee & Olga Sweat Kiser; three sisters, Vestie Dancer, Lockie Williams, and Mary Laverne Knight; and three brothers, R. A., Raymond, and Wilford Kiser. He is survived by his wife, Mary Grace Blakely Kiser of Bethel Springs; one daughter, Melissa Pounds of Bethel Springs; one son Phillip Kiser of Bethel Springs; four sisters, Flaye Moore, Ruby Whitaker, Vallie Helton, and Maylene Nold, all of Selmer, TN; two brothers, L. D. and Dennie Kiser, both of Selmer; and three grandchildren, Brian Kiddy, James Kiser, and Clint Kiser. Services were at 1:30 p.m. on Sun., June 19th in the Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Matt Tomlin officiating. Burial followed in Lake Hill Memorial Gardens in Bethel Springs.
