Barbera, The sister of my Great-Great-Grandmother was Rebecca Chambers. She married an R. C. Houston in McNairy County. According to Goodspeed's history of McNairy County, Revolutionary War soldier Archibald Houston moved to McNairy County from Pennsylvania in 1822, remaining until his death in 1837. Goodspeed also noted that McNairy County Fourth District pioneer John M. Hamm married Elizabeth Houston, daughter of R. C. and Rebecca Houston, in December, 1843. They had twelve children.
