Pat, It is nice to meet you. Yes, I'm also on the Hardeman County list. My G-G-G-G-Grandfather Raiford Fulghum and his wife Winnefred Pearce Fulghum lived in Dobbs/Wayne County, North Carolina. My G-G-G-Grandfather Arthur Fulghum helped settle Williamson County, Tennessee, (Fulghum and Williamsons were related) and then he took his family to Hardeman County, Tennessee. Arthur moved to Nacogdoches County, Republic of Texas, then in 1839 and died in 1845. My G-G-Grandfather William Wilson McKinnie (Squire Billy) Fulghum remained in Hardeman County, Tennessee. In neighboring McNairy County were our Sharp, Mackey, and Chamber family connections (Wardlaw also). After the Civil War my Great-Grandfather Julius Ebenezer Fulghum moved to Gibson County, Humboldt. My Grandfather William Henry Fulghum Sr. then worked his way to Texas in the 1880s by employment with the L&M Railroad. I have much more on the Fulghums, but just not in Hardeman County where they lived for 40 to 50 years. Dan Fulghum Houston
