Greetings, Luther Fariss and Susannah Sewell had one daughter who survived to adulthood, Vonbara Fariss b) 1883. She married into the McAfee family and had two children Fariss McAfee and Maurine. There are two other children buried beside Susannah - Paul and Ezra. I assume these are her children as well but do not have anything to verify this. Johnita, I would be glad to exchange Fariss information for Sewell information. I have information going back to 1749. Let me know if you would prefer a gedcom FTW (I have version 4.0) or text report. I am still looking for information on the following from McNairy Co. John H. I think that there was quite a migration out of Lincoln Co., NC., to several places. My husband's family in Lincoln Co., NC., seems to have gone to McNairy Co., Tn. However, my own ancestors from that county got only as far as White Co., TN., but at a little early time.
