I am looking for early 1800 to 1840 marriage information on the following people, all were children of Isaac and Mary McPherson: 1. George W. McPherson / Mary (possibly Kitchens) 2. Isaac McPherson, Jr. / Elizabeth Kennedy 3. Cely (?) McPherson / Bennett Norman (or Norman Bennett?) 4. Enos M. McPherson / Mahala J. Daugherty or a Mary Keeland 5. Lewis A. McPherson / a Rachel ? 6. Jane (or Jenny) McPherson / William F. Willis 7. Mary E. or F McPherson / James L. Taylor 8. Joseph McPherson / Martha Amanda Scott 9. William McPherson to ???? I have found spelled names of these people as Macpherson, McPerson, McFerson, Ferson, Pearson, etc.,etc., and I suspect that this may be part of my problem of not locating them in the 1800-1840 time frame. I really don't know where any of these people were married but I suspect that some were married in Roane or neighboring counties between 1810 and 1840.
