Sharon McCormack, Kaye Buckner Presley and I have good news for McMinn County & area researchers. We have taken the responsibility and enjoyment of building and maintaining the American Local History Network web site. No information has been posted on the web as of yet but it will be fairly soon. On this web site we would like a surname page. SO, if you have a list of surnames that you have information on and would be willing to share with other researchers please send us your list of names, your name and your email address or web site address (or both). We'd also like to have people who would like their homepages listed to send us these addresses also along with a list of surnames it pertains to. If you have articles or information you would like posted or linked to from the site please contact us and we will give everything thorough consideration. We are open to ideas so send those too.
