I have found some Teague families in McMinn county who might be related to him. Does anyone have any information about a John Teague, born Tennessee about 1821? The only other information I have about him is that he was a goldminer in El Dorado county, CA in 1850. An antique knife that would have been used by goldminers was purchased "from the family" in Denison, Grayson County, TX. I appreciate any help.
