Found your most welcome message this morning. Always glad to meet another cousin! Could you please tell me your line of Mack's? My husband's is as follows: My husband: Cary D. Mack his father: Johnnie W. Mack, b 3 Nov 1920 Collin Co, TX; died 8 Dec 1979 Collin Co, TX his grandfather: Willis Roy Mack, b Nov 1879 Collin Co, TX; died 6 Sept 1940 Collin Co, TX his g-grandfather: Calvin Lee Mack, b 25 Apr 1851, Maury Co, TN; died 23 May 1914 Collin Co, TX his gg-grandfather: William Robert Harvey (W.R.H.) Mack, b 30 Oct 1815, Maury Co, TN; died 22 Oct 1897 McKinney, TX Calvin Lee Mack and Henry Clay Mack were brothers (who married Perry sisters). Henry Clay was such a fine, hard-working man. The newspapers in Collin County back during his lifetime are filled with speeches during the time he served in the House of Representatives for Grayson and Collin County, Texas. He was also at one time the editor of the McKinney Democrat Newspaper; and earlier was a school teacher that taught at Mantua and Old Hackberry Schools. It was amazing all he did during his lifetime. Are you related through the Fout's or Stokes line? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
