Irene, I don't know if anyone told you, but Jean passed away last Wednesday night. Dad finally got her daughter and two grandsons down to see her on the Monday before. She acknowledged that she recognized her grandson Danny. When I was there on Saturday, she was medicated and as far as I could tell, did not know anything regarding her surroundings. We are having the funeral on Monday at the First Presbyterian Church in Durant.
