My ancestor, Lucy Saunderson (Sanderson), was married to John Bittleman (Biddleman, Bittman) in Columbia, Tn. in March 1814. John died circa 1819, leaving one daughter, Rosina Jemima, who was married to Newton Holland in 1836 in Columbia. Can anyone give me any information about John? He left quite a sizable estate, but I have been unable to determine background, parents, or date of birth. Desperate to learn more. Thanks - Laurette Russell
