The Jill Knight Garrett Collection contains material primarily concerning Maury County, Tennessee, and those counties of Middle Tennessee located along the east bank of the Tennessee River between the Buffalo, Duck, and cumberland rivers. Some material on northern Alabama is also included. Jill Knight Garrett was the first or one of the first historians in Maury County, TN from what I have read.
