He was born in 1807 in Williamson County. One of his sons, Thomas Jefferson Gwin, was born in 1836 in Maury County. Malcom may be related to the John Gwin in the 1807 petition to form the county. He married Mary (Polly) Carson. Later they relocated to Texas. Any information would be appreciated.
