Powel - HOH (Believe this to be the son of Sarah Nelson Powel and Charles Powel) 1 male 16 -25 1 female 16 - 25 - (Celia Wilks b. abt. 1804) With the number of minor children, believe there should have been some provision for the guardianship of them.
