I recently wrote: <<<<<<<<<<<For my part I have helped only a little but still can do lookups in Fred's wonderful Maury County Cemetery books.>>>>>> After I sent the above,it hit me that I have not offered this in quite a while, mostly because many others are doing it and Some of the info in the books haa also been put up on line. In fact I had already looked up the request for KOONCE/KOONS etc when someone else on the list answered it. Anyway the offer is still there. What I have NOT yet offered is information for anyone who may be looking for CECIL, CROSS, LANIER, INGRAM, and WILLIAMS connections in 19th century Maury County. These are my husband's father's families and I have quite a bit on them. Much of it has been shared by the subscribers to this very list, or to the above-mentioned surname lists. I have never wanted to put my entire FTM up on line, but have shared with a great many folk already and will share with anyone else. Here are the other families I research. Powell, Padgett , Prescott ,Collier,Nixon, Wooten [Cumberland CO NC and Duval Co FL] Adams, Sanders, White, [Spartanburg and Union Co SC] McMullen, Fain, Parramore[ Brooks and Burke Co GA and Hillsboro , Pinellas and Polk Co FL] Wills, Delette, [ Burlington County NJ] McLendon, Braddy, Jenkins [Central Georgia] These are the ones I HaveMOST info on. Hope I can help someone. Regards, Steph Powell Cecil stephaxi@mindspring.com
