We all appreciaate your feedback. Thank you. Since I didn't get a request from you, I assume it was not for cemetery records? If so send it again. I might have dropped it for one of the following reasons. You said you e-mailed 2 different people? At the same time? With the same request? If that is true you don't deserve an answer. You send one request to one volunteer at a time, rather than having several people working on the same thing, at the same time. If you do not receive a response in a reasonable time, then you may try another volunteer, but tell them you have already sent a request to another, and when you sent it, please. It has got to the point where we have to ask the other volunteers if they received the same request we did. It is called redundancy; and because so many people are guilty of using that shotgun approach, it slows down the process for innocent people who know better. If you still don't get a response, contact Paulette. Maybe one of us died or something. There are other reasons why you might not get a reply: Check your ISP's spam filter and make sure the response is not trapped there. I have had a lot of unanswered messages because of that. If you are an AOL user and have a list of people to allow to send you mail, make sure you "allow" the person you made the request to. Too many times we do all that work just to get a bounced message back from AOL. If your kids or grandkids use your computer, look there. And, not one of us lives in TN, the Volunteer State. I am a Maury native. Bettye and Paulette are not even natives. And I am ashamed. Gary Hood Marissa, IL http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~genieresources/
