Hello, Is it just me, or does everyone have trouble with volunteers? I can not understand why people sign up to volunteer their time, if they never intend to answer anyone's request!! I was on a Maury Co TN website the other night, and I was lucky enough to find a list of volunteers for certain different area. I thought possibly I could finally get some info on my ancestors from that area. What help that would be!! So, I emailed 2 different people, and nothing!! Does this only happen to me? In all my searchings, I have only had 1 volunteer that actually did help me..and even after she was no longer a volunteer, she continued to look things up for me whenever she had the time.. That girl was amazing!! I just can't understand why anyone would sign up to volunteer their time to help people and then not do it!! I guess this is my pet peeve about genealogy on the computer..
