By the way, I think Maury county has some of the most valuable researchers and volunteers there are in TN. Marshall County doesn't have near as many people who can do look ups on things. We just don't own the material. And on another thought, The pay cut thing just bit me because little do you folks realize, I spend my own money to access information for folks and I have never charged a dime. One lady sent me a book of stamps once because I refused any payment for sending her a copy of a census record. I am not the only one. I don't know if it were meant tongue in cheek, but for me to spend hundreds of dollars a year to gain access to information, I think that gives alot. I don't charge because it isn't in me. I could, I could charge away, get Microfilm delivered, run hundreds of copies of stuff.......but I would still be a Mother and wife first.
