Jane I find I can read those old letters if I study and compare the questionable letters and words to each other. In essence learning the shape of each letter as I go. I concede that one is a bit tough. I believe a Mr. Abell or Isbell was being directed for $10 dollars to send copies of a publication about a _ _ _ Tyler and the rest I would have needed more time to make it out including the sender of the letter. Sound like the writer was going to distribute the copies around for some cause or something. Well, maybe I just stirred up someone who will do a more complete task here as I am missing plenty.
