I live in Lewisburg. You can come to Lewisburg and then take the Mooresville Highway (Tennessee 373) west to Mooresville and then to Culleoka. However, the easiest way would be to drive to Columbia and then cross West 7th Street there at President Polk's home and take Carmack Blvd. out to the Highway 50 junction, and turn left on Highway 50 (towards Lewisburg) until you get to the 373 turn-off.
