The many Thomas' & Wm SIMS are very confusing. According to history of Maury Co. TN pg 264 R976.859 S674F Wm Simms & Judith Cross had 11 ch. The main one I have worked with is Thomas(10) who married Mary Winn who had 1st Augusta Charles Sims ca 1817. I have 2 other males & 2 females listed for them, no name or dates. Thought it was documented but not in computer. Haven't worked with the details in a year nearly. I have forwarded your message on to another Sims & you will probably be hearing from him. A.L.
