Mary Lou... You can just forget about it. There is nothing you can do (short of legal action) except make a note of his betrayal of your trust, and upload THAT into your FTM tree. Posterity will then know a lot more about HIS character than it will about your family details that you would rather not have published. (Careful that you stick to the FACTS though). Monty
