Myra, I too have been researching my MOSS line and have found it difficult to connect beyond my ggg grand parents Willis MOSS and Sarah MULLINAX of SC. Goodspead's History of NE Ark states that Willis died in SC and Sarah died in TN. I do not know the names of all their children, but two brothers, Joseph and Barnett, came to Poinsett County Ark in 18 51. No proof of were in Tn their mother died but is very possible that, since her husband was died in SC, she was living with a son or daughter at the time of her death. I have names of children of the Ark branch of this family and some family stories that I will gladly share if they connect to your line. My gg grandparents were John R. MOSS and Mary Florance STOTTS. Three STOTTS brothers settled in ARk about 1831. I would like to make contact with anyone researching the MOSS or STOTTS lines. Jean jpasmore@bscn.com
