    3. Hi Betty, Yes, I have two TIDWELL brothers, Silas (1805-1864) and Benjamin (1807-1864), both married to MEEK women (Don't know if related). Both men died on September 1, 1864, perhaps in a CW battle, perhaps from some other calamity. I have Silas' wife as Rachel MEEK (1804-1888, married 1826) and Benjamin's wife as Lucinda (married in 1830, no b or d dates). I have Rachel as the daughter of a Joshua MEEK, but have no info about him. I'd be especially interested if you know any of the story of these folks, or other details about them. I have the brother TIDWELL's paternal ancestry back to the first TIDWELL in Virginia in 1656, if any of that would be of interest to you.
