I am looking for information on Robert Young, b. ca. 1806 in Kentucky, according to 1850 Tenn. Census.  He lived in Maury Co.  He mar. Matilda Chaffin, b. in Charlotte Town, VA.  Robert was murdered at Culleoka on 09 Jul 1868 by a neighbor named Mash, who was also a relative.  He had a son named John Marion Young who also lived in Maury Co. and was married to Susan R. Scribner.  John Marion was a grist miller, and had a mill near Scribner's Mill for a number of years.  He had a mill on Richland Creek in Giles Co. during the 1870's and 1890's.  Also, looking for their relatives: John Scribner, Easter Johnston, & Arthur Hensley.  (Mdbaskin@aol.com).
