Dear Karen- there is really no need to create a new form............most program will allow you to create a txt file. The instructions for Brothers Keeper are as follows: Go to Family Group Sheet Choose beginning name of the group you need Choose all preferences necessary Go to File......choose Create a text file............. Save it in My Documents or any other word file that you choose (I chose NOTEPAD) Then display the group sheet. To OPEN THE FILE......... Go to Open Document on your start button and choose the file you created and it will open as a text file. This will enable you to highlight all text then ( CTRL/C.......to copy) and (CTRL / V) to paste it in the email............... If you had a form for text on your web site to enter text file and submit this would paste there as well. Thank you......hope this helps Belinda
