I was trying to reply re: Sarah Tankersley Thomas and got booted and lost the first query. Was just wondering if any of the Thomases ended up out west in Obion County? Our gr-gr-gr-grandmother was Martha Jane Tankersley (d/o John Jr.) who married James Donnell in 1853, and they ended up in Obion Co. Tn. by the1860's. I know an Isabell Donnell married a Thomas somewhere in central Tn., and her son, Milius Thomas, ended up over in Obion Co. Wondering if you had traced a trail over that way. Also, there are several Tankersleys in Obion that I'm trying to unsnarl. Thanks. Cherilyn Trusty
