Tara mentioned Jacob LORANCE & his mother-in-law Rebecca ORR in a recent message and I would suspect the following relates to them. Samuel Finley CAMPBELL began a ledger 1 Jan 1832. He and his family members, including the MOOREs, CAMPBELLs, and others, lived in Maury & Marshall Co TN. Entries in the ledger: "Samuel F. Campbell left Maury County, Tennessee to moove to the State of Illinois on the 9th of Oct. 1834 and moove home 3rd December 1834 . . . DEATHS Jacob LORANCE was born Aug. 7, 1759 and died May 24th, 1855. James ORR Nov. 5th 1787 in Davidson Co. Tenn. Robert ORR June 7th 1818."
