I expected to find an old hand carved, weathered stone as are many of the stones in this cem., however, the style of the stone indicates that it is fairly "recent". I wish that I had a picture of the stone to show to someone who could date the style of the stone. That would give us a time frame to work with. In the meantime, I spoke with Mr. Sommers who lives next door and is a customer at our store. He told me that a Mr. (Larry?) Oliver oversees the care of the cemetery. I attempted to call him tonight without success so I will send him a note and see what happens.
