I do not know who owns the property, but I am sure there would be no problem accessing it. I have Gillums and Emersons buried there and visited the tiny plot 3-4 years ago. My aunt Elaine Tate of Cornersville and a friend of hers have been the only people I know of looking after the cemetery for a long time now. They put up a chain link fence around it several years ago to keep the cows out, and have cleaned it up several times. If they can do all that, I can't imagine anyone would have problems with a visitor paying respects.
