The Terry-family-historian, Mike Terry, has information on Gideon Terry. familytreemaker.com He does information on all Terrys from all places. Quite a nice site. I can't help but think we have some connection, we have so many of the same surnames, Hobby, Greeson, Sides, Taylor, Robinson, Roberts, Terry, Williams, to name a few of mine. Oh Well, when you find someone nice, you hope! I'll keep looking for my Terrys in Giles & Marshall Co., TN, Wise Co., TX, and Limestone Co., AL.
